Where to buy seeds in the Philippines?

Do you love gardening? Do you want to make your kitchen garden where you can get all your  fruits and vegetable ingredients? I answered yes to all these questions but I had a roadblock. I don't know where to obtain seeds for my garden. Before,  I'm not aware of the existence of these seed companies in the Philippines:

You can also inquire for seeds in  BPI (not the bank).  I'm referring to Bureau of Plant and Industry of the Philippines located 692 San Andres Street, Malate, Manila, Philippines

If you are looking for herb seeds and seedlings like mint, oregano, and basil, try Tagaytay city stalls (Rotonda), Quezon City Circle, stalls in the corner of Quezon Avenue and EDSA or Manila Seedling Bank.  Please verify first since there was news before that the stalls in Quezon Ave and Manila Seedling Bank will close.

Some SM Supermarket like SM Megamall have herb plants for sale too.
